Careers

Work on the buyer’s side of the table.

Bold is a buyer’s acquisition desk: residential and commercial acquisition, off-market sourcing and written due diligence, run from Brisbane across every Australian market. Two roles are open.

The work

What the desk does, and how.

Bold acts for buyers, never vendors, across residential and commercial acquisition. The standard is the same on every brief: sourced evidence, written positions and a name on every recommendation.

Buyer-side

One side of the table

Bold acts only for the buyer. Fees are agreed in writing before a brief opens, vendor commissions are zero and any referral fee is disclosed.

Evidence

Written, sourced positions

Every recommendation cites comparable sales, lease evidence and planning controls under a 46-point due-diligence framework, and the advocate who made it signs it.

Coverage

Brisbane desk, national briefs

The desk is based in Brisbane and runs briefs across every Australian state and territory, licensed in Queensland with further state licences activated as mandates require.

Open roles

Two roles, one standard.

Both roles sit on the acquisition desk and carry the same standard: evidence first, written work throughout, accountability to the buyer.

Open role

Senior Buyer’s Agent

A senior advocate runs a Bold brief end to end: the same person scopes it, inspects, negotiates and signs the recommendation. This role carries residential and commercial acquisition briefs from the first conversation through to settlement, on the buyer’s side of the table only.

What you will do
  • Run acquisition briefs end to end, from scoping and search through inspection, negotiation and settlement.
  • Source on-market and off-market opportunities through direct relationships with agency principals.
  • Prepare written due diligence under the 46-point framework: title, lease, building condition, planning and market evidence, sourced and dated.
  • Negotiate price, terms and conditions on evidence, with every counter-offer justified in writing.
  • Sign every recommendation you make and stay accountable to the client past settlement.
What you need
  • A current Queensland real estate salesperson registration certificate or a full real estate licence.
  • Experience carrying property transactions to settlement, on either side of the table.
  • The ability to read and weigh acquisition evidence: comparable sales, lease terms, planning controls and building reports.
  • Clear written work. Clients see the reasoning behind every recommendation, not just the conclusion.
  • The right to work in Australia.

Open role

Buyer’s Agent

This role supports senior advocates across live residential and commercial briefs: market research, sourcing, inspections and the groundwork behind written due diligence. The work is evidence work, and it is judged on accuracy.

What you will do
  • Research markets and shortlist candidate properties against the client’s brief.
  • Coordinate inspections, agent contact and the paperwork that keeps a campaign moving.
  • Contribute to written due diligence: comparable sales, title searches, planning checks and building reports.
  • Support negotiations with the evidence behind each position.
What you need
  • A current Queensland real estate salesperson registration certificate or a full real estate licence.
  • Experience in real estate or property transactions.
  • Sound judgement with property evidence and close attention to detail in written work.
  • The right to work in Australia.
