About This Guide

This Services Guide explains the key things you should know before engaging Bold Property Group. It covers the services we provide, how we charge, how we manage potential conflicts of interest, our insurance cover, and what to do if you are unhappy with our service.

This guide is not financial product advice. Bold Property Group provides buyer’s advocacy services — property search, due diligence, and negotiation — not advice on financial products. Where a matter relates to a financial product (such as a mortgage), we refer you to an appropriately licensed adviser and disclose any referral arrangement.

Who We Are

Legal entity: Bold Commercial Pty Ltd

ABN: 33 697 224 025

Trading name: Bold Property Group

Registered office: Sydney, NSW

Website: boldpropertygroup.com.au

Bold Property Group is an independent buyer’s advocacy and property acquisition firm. We act exclusively for buyers — never for selling agents or vendors — on both residential and commercial transactions.

Services We Provide

Where specialist advice is required — legal, tax, mortgage, or financial product — we refer you to independently licensed professionals and disclose any referral arrangement in writing before you act on it.

Fees & How We Are Paid

Our fees are agreed with you in writing before any engagement begins. We offer a small number of simple fee structures to make pricing transparent and easy to compare.

You receive a written engagement letter before any fees are charged. It sets out the exact dollar amounts, payment milestones, and what is — and is not — included in scope. You may terminate the engagement at any time, subject to the terms of that letter.

We do not accept commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees from selling agents, vendors, or developers. Any referral fee that flows to us from a third party that you are introduced to (for example, a mortgage broker) is disclosed to you in writing before you engage that third party.

Conflicts of Interest

Acting solely for buyers removes the most common conflict of interest in property transactions. In addition, we maintain the following controls:

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Bold Commercial Pty Ltd holds Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance that meets the standards required for buyer’s advocacy services in the jurisdictions in which we operate. This cover applies to claims arising from the services we provide, subject to the policy’s terms and exclusions. A current certificate of currency is available on written request.

Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. For full details, including how to access or correct your information, see our Privacy Policy.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please raise it with us first so we can work to resolve it quickly. Our full complaints process — including response times and external escalation options — is at boldpropertygroup.com.au/complaints.html.
