What does a buyer's agent actually do?

We act exclusively for the buyer. We search for properties (including off-market), assess their investment merit, conduct due diligence, negotiate the purchase, and manage the process through to settlement. We never represent sellers.

How are your fees structured?

A modest engagement fee at sign-up plus a success fee on settlement. Commercial & Industrial: $2,950 + GST sign-up; 1.9% + GST of the purchase price up to $10M (price on application above $10M). Residential: $1,500 + GST sign-up; 1.9% + GST or $14,990 + GST, whichever is higher. No hidden costs, no commissions from sellers or developers.

Do you cover all of Australia?

Yes. We operate nationally across all states and territories. Our network includes relationships with major firms like CBRE, JLL, Colliers, and Knight Frank, giving us access to off-market opportunities in every capital city and key regional markets.

What types of property do you source?

Commercial (office, retail, industrial, warehouse), residential (houses, apartments, townhouses), and mixed-use. We work with investors seeking both income-producing assets and capital growth opportunities, from $500K to $50M+.

How long does the process take?

It depends on your requirements and market conditions. Typically, we present shortlisted opportunities within 2-4 weeks of engagement. The full process from brief to settlement averages 8-12 weeks for commercial and 6-10 weeks for residential.
