Submitting a property does not make Bold your selling agent. Bold acts for the buyer only on every transaction. Any inspection, due diligence or offer that follows is made under the buyer's instructions. Selling-agent commission, where payable, remains a matter between the vendor and the selling agent, Bold does not pay it, vary it or guarantee it.
Where a submission matches an active brief, we aim to confirm buyer interest within one business day. Any offer that follows is subject to buyer approval, due diligence, finance and contract review, we do not commit to fixed offer timelines on the vendor's behalf.
